You are the medicine and I’ll help you realize that.
My healing sessions are made for those who may be suffering from anxiety, stress, fear, depression and/or may be stuck in a difficult place whether mentally, physically or spiritually. My sessions also benefit those who are simply looking to find inner peace and/or to unwind.
Sessions are personalized to your specific needs and desires and are always unique.
How It Works
Sessions are meant to be in-person only. If you are highly interested and would like to book a session via Zoom, I can offer music therapy/sound healing.
I use various techniques and practices such as cupping, Gua Sha and music therapy/sound healing to create and steward a space of deep stillness and restoration.
About the Techniques/Practices
Cupping: A form of therapy in which heated glass cups are applied to the skin, creating suction to facilitate the flow of energy throughout the body.
Gua Sha: Also known as kerokan, Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine practice in which a tool is used to scrape the skin in order to move stagnant energy in the body.
Music therapy/Sound healing: I use instruments such as the didgeridoo, Native American flute, ukulele and overtone singing, among others, to create a tranquil environment through the art of sound.
Cupping: This form of therapy has been proven to help with issues including detoxification; stress relief; bodily aches and pains; asthma; cough and bronchial congestion and many others.
Gua Sha: This practice can help increase blood circulation; relieve muscle pain; support the lymphatic system (important for immune function) and even potentially have anti-aging benefits.
Music therapy/Sound healing: Research shows music therapy can be used to help with physical rehab; facilitate movement; increase motivation to engage in treatment; offer emotional support and provide an outlet to express feelings
